Vibrating Screen :-
We manufacture vibrating screens in varied customized models with single, double and triple deck, & rotary screen as per the requirement of our customers. These vibrating screens execute heavy-duty type working based on the principle of circular motion. These are effectively designed to ascertain their long life maintenance-free service.
Standard Specifications:
BODY FRAME : Main body frames are well fabricated from metallic sheets, plates, angles & pipes and are welled configured with feeds and discharge hoods as their integral parts.
SCREEN PLATES : Screen plates are either drilled, perforated or wired with woven panels in accurate sizes for their capacity in proper separation of desired products. The screen plates & woven wire panels are bolted to cross members & are connected to side plates with required HT bolts, washers and Nyloc nuts. U-clamps are normally used for fixing screen perforated plates.
VIBRATOR ASSEMBLY : The vibrator assemblies of our vibrating screens comprise of electric shafts, driven V-Pulleys, unbalancing weights, bearings, housing & central pipe casing. Shafts are housed in the assemblies with covers. The perforated plates are fixed on the frames by U-clamps. The entire screens are rested on set of coil springs & steel frames.
